By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms

♡ Before requesting a commission from me, please make sure you fill out the order form.♡Clear photo references are required. I will not be able to adequately create your commission without them.♡ Please be patient and kind. I will not accept rushed commissions of any kind.♡ I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Payment

♡ Full payment must be made upfront after I complete a very rough initial sketch of your commission* --> after payment is made I will begin working on your final sketch and continuing with the commission process.♡ I accept payment through PayPal | USD only.♡ I will send a PayPal invoice to your email, detailing your commission order. This is where payment will be made♡ The general price of your commission is subject to change based on its complexity.

Process | Delivery | Revisions

♡ I will look through your order form submission and contact you to let you know that I have accepted your commission!We can then discuss the details of your commission, share references and develop the initial sketch♡ After receiving payment, I will immediately get to work on completing your commission.♡ The completion time of your commission may vary based on various factors ( commission complexity, health, order of commissions, etc.)♡ You will receive updates from me on the progress of your commission, after I complete various steps (sketches, flat colors, etc.)During this time, I will ask for your approval, to ensure that your commissioned piece is to your liking.♡ Once I complete your commission, I will send you a full resolution image of your commissioned piece through email.♡ You are able to make a total of 3 revisions during the sketching and flat coloring stage. (free of charge)♡ However, any revisions requested after I begin rendering will require a fee. This fee will be based on the difficulty of your revision.*** I will send you another PayPal invoice for this fee***

Copyright Terms

♡ I retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and I am allowed to post it on social media/ use it as a part of my portfolio.♡ I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.♡ You may upload your commissioned artwork onto social media (with proper credits)♡ Commissions are for personal use ONLY.♡ You may NOT use the commissioned art for commercial purposes ( selling prints, reselling, etc.)♡ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.♡ You may NOT remove my signature/watermark from the artwork.♡ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

♡ Once I begin working on your final sketch, no refunds are allowed.♡ If you cancel your commission before I begin the final sketch, you will receive a full refund.♡ You will also receive a full refund if I, for any reason, am not able to complete the commission.♡ If you are eligible for a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.♡ If you, the client, attempt to claim a chargeback when you are not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose the aforementioned rights to the commissioned artwork, and I will decline the request.♡ After declining the chargeback, I will provide PayPal with an explanation from our conversations and my terms of service as evidence that I have completed work for you.♡ Furthermore, you will not only lose the rights to the commissioned piece, but you will also no longer be allowed to commission me again.✌️
